This is a large toy, about 2# of colorful, soft pine.  There are 12 pieces of  1-3/4" thick wood that are alternate 6" lengths separated by diagonally cut 5-1/2" length pieces for those birds that love to chew corners versus balls!  This is sized for larger beaks like macaws and cockatoos but can be enjoyed by those smaller beaks that love bigger toys (we have a citron that can destroy Hyacinth toys and he's not a BIG beak, just a mega chewer).
